Our commitment to these values gained momentum in 2014 when Chip Simkins III, one of our founders, introduced the Pick-a-Charity Event. It wasn’t your usual fundraiser—it was a purposeful gathering where everyone contributed by writing a check to their chosen charity. What began as a simple idea soon became an eagerly anticipated annual tradition for us all.

In recent years, OVM faced heartache with the loss of three remarkable team members to cancer. Their courage and resilience in their battles inspired us deeply. Their legacies continue to shape our mission. It was in their honor and memory that we decided to establish the OVM Legacy Foundation. This foundation isn’t just about remembering them; it’s about celebrating their lives and the memories of all our cherished colleagues who have passed away over the years.
